Events and Awards offer the highest quality sennheiser (or equivalent) wireless microphone and lectern microphones combined with BOSE (or equivalent) speaker systems that are designed specifically for even vocal sound distribution. Our BOSE speaker systems offer panaray sound distribution with multiple small drums for crystal clear sound. Bass is provided by separate speakers ensuring that speech is not muffled or distorted. 

Your venue may have specialist in-built equipment which we may also be able to link into, however these are often only suitable for ambient background music.

Lapel microphones are particularly useful for speakers who like to roam whilst on stage. They are discretely attached to clothing such as a collar or tie and operate on a unique radio signal. Hand held microphones offer increased power of delivery and are recommended for evening award ceremonies and question and answer sessions when the background noise within a suite can significantly increase. We generally operate with two wired microphones on each lectern and recommend the use of these particularly for the less experienced speaker. We offer advice on microphone usage and speaking tips for presenters of all levels of experience.

Events and Awards are also pleased to offer live conference interpretation services which is particularly useful for multi-language presentations. Delegates simply tune in their personal headsets to their chosen language to ensure that their understanding of proceedings is not impaired. Site visits and plant tours may also be enhanced by utilising wireless headsets.
